About me
I’ve been recruiting nurses since 2022 and one of the most rewarding parts of my job is building lasting relationships. Many of the nurses I work with today have been with me since I started, and I take the time to understand both their personal and professional goals so we can find opportunities that align with what matters most to them. I believe in clear communication, active listening, and keeping nurses informed throughout the process. When the right assignment becomes available, I work quickly to help ensure they’re among the first considered. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading on my Kindle, listening to Taylor Swift, making bread, and cooking for friends and family. What motivates me most is helping nurses build meaningful, successful careers in travel nursing while creating genuine connections along the way.
