I recruit Rad Tech, CT Tech, and MRI Tech professionals and bring over 15 years of experience in healthcare staffing across leadership, account management, and recruiting. That background gives me a well-rounded perspective on the hiring process. I lead with empathy, honesty, and clear communication, and I prioritize being responsive when you reach out, you can expect to hear back from me. What motivates me is connecting healthcare professionals with opportunities where they can succeed and creating the right fit for both clinicians and clients. Outside of work, I live on a cattle ranch in Oklahoma, where I enjoy riding horses, working cows, going to rodeos, and spending time outside with my family.
