About me
I’ve been recruiting registered nurses across all specialties for over seven years and focus on building relationships through clear communication, transparency, and education. I believe in helping nurses understand their options so they can make confident decisions and think long-term about their careers not just their next step. What motivates me is being an advocate for nurses in a process that can often feel overwhelming, and helping bring clarity to things like contracts, expectations, and opportunities. I’m driven by the relationships I build and the opportunity to be part of someone’s growth along the way. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, working in my flower gardens, and fishing especially fly fishing.
