I’ve been working as a nurse recruiter for about three and a half years, focusing on supporting registered nurses through clear communication and active listening. I prioritize being available when my nurses need me and understanding what they’re looking for so we can work through challenges and plan what’s next. I also enjoy helping them think through problems and build toward their long-term goals. What motivates me is knowing I get to help people every day through the nurses I work with, while continuing to learn, grow my skillset, and meet new people. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, trying new courses, working out, and traveling with my wife.
