We take great pride in the selection process for Travel Nurse of the Month. The reason this award has become increasingly competitive is because we continue to place passionate, hard-working travel nurses that exceed our expectations. That brings us to our July winner:

Congratulations are in order for Tiffany our Travel Nurse of the Month for July 2016!

Jordan on Tiffany:

I have had the privilege of working with Tiffany since November 2015. Since she has been on assignment with us, Tiffany has been asked to extend at every facility, and, has received the best feedback from every one of her managers. I first met Tiffany at the Travelers Conference last year. While there, she was an immediate advocate for us and was recruiting people to come to our booth as well as our social events that we hosted.

During the past month, Tiffany continued to show us and others why she is such an amazing travel nurse. The NICU at her facility had been struggling with a high census, as well as a huge staffing shortage. Tiffany has gone above and beyond to assist the unit with their needs, and working many extra shifts. Aside from the many hours that she puts in, Tiffany delivers exceptional patient care, and the families that get to meet her deem her as “one of the most compassionate people they have ever met.” Any family that has Tiffany taking care of their premature newborn is very fortunate. She is the light in their somewhat dark situation.

Well said, Jordan. And thank you, Tiffany, for all of your hard work and dedication!

For this honor, Tiffany will be receiving a super posh gift basket and one of our signature Travel Nurse of the Month pins.
