What do you enjoy most about your work?
I love learning about nurses goals, why they want to travel, and building a relationship with each individual where we can continue to work together throughout each assignment. I always want to be an advocate and fight for my nurses--I am very grateful for this experience.
What do you do for travelers that you feel is completely unique to you?
I really want my nurses to be able to be honest and transparent with me. I want them to know that I am always available when they need me. I do not just want a place a nurse to place them, I want to make sure I go over details, patient/nurse safety, and location so they can broaden their career in a positive way!
What is your favorite thing about working with travelers?
Coming from a clinical background, I love to talk to them about medicine and hearing their crazy stories. Once again, building a connection and being is advocate is very important to me.
What is your most valuable advice for the travelers you work with?
For a first time traveler, it might be overwhelming so just know you have an entire team behind you that will communicate with you and be able to answer any questions you might have. Be sure to keep good communication and be flexible with your time throughout the credentialing process.
Why are you passionate about this industry?
I love healthcare and I love the business side of healthcare. I have now worked on both sides and have learned so much which has been a great experience.

I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio.
